About Dryfemount Care Home

Dryfemount Care Home provides accommodation for up to 30 residents, allowing us to maintain a close-knit, family-oriented community where everyone feels known, valued, and cared for.

Person-Centred Care

At the heart of everything we do is “person-centred care.” This means every resident’s care is tailored to their individual needs, choices, and routines. From when they like to wake up, to how they enjoy meals, to the way they prefer to spend leisure time — everything is agreed together with each resident, their family, and supporting professionals. Each resident has a dedicated Key Worker who gets to know them personally and ensures these wishes are respected and shared with our care team.

Our Philosophy of Care

“Our most important aim is to ensure that our residents enjoy life within a safe, stimulating environment. All residents are supported to remain as independent as possible, and the right support is always there when required.”
